Scene I boarded while at OVFX for Season 3 of "Kulipari." In this moment, Captain Killara is face with a choice: bargain for the money he's been after over the course of the entire season, or rush to help the kin who have slowly made their way into his black heart.
It is the completion of his character arc that's been building over the course of the episodes, and I was honored to be the one to board this highly intense emotional moment.
This scene next comes during the final battle in the last episode. Both good guys & bad guys are under attack from The Cobra Queen and her snakes, but now Tipi (magenta color) has been gifted by the goddess, the Rainbow Serpent, and comes to the rescue. Boarding Tipi's debut as showing off her new abilities required a lot of quick action and camera movement.
A friend was discussing a scene from a story they wanted to write and I loved it so much that I boarded it out just for fun. They had only provided a quick context paragraph and the dialogue, everything else (action, posing, comp, setting) I came up with myself.
It was a nice little exercise that came out well, and I feel it shows off my ability to take the minimal amount of written prompt and build from it.
